What are some things you would still like to learn to prepare you for working and living with people of diverse religions?
I wasn't sure about what items are kosher before reading your blog. But, I believe Jews can eat milk and eggs.

I was interested to learn that Islam and Juddism not only have restrictions on diet but they also have restrictions on how food is prepared. Good job with your research.
