What makes a just society

In order to achieve a truly just society, there are a few things that need to be in place.  First, the society needs a leader that is firm in its ideals.  They need to be able to be in control, and take responsibility.  They are not responsible for everything, but they need to be responsible for the group as a whole and the actions of the group.  The leader should not be responsible for individuals and their personal choices.    They also need to be dedicated and willing to do a good job.  Also, along with strong leadership, most of the people need to be good.  In order to be good each individual needs to be around a positive influence as the individual leans how to make good choices.  Assuming everyone is good from the start, each person needs to learn how to make the right decisions.  In order to make sure that everyone is good, relationships between the individual, and the other people around them.  Also, rules need to be in place to make the individuals good.  It would be easier to determine who is good and who is bad from the rules that are set in place.
In my opinion, the government should do the same as it is ever been doing because generally flows.  I know that not everyone is happy with their position, but there are social classes and it is working.  In my opinion, honor depends on the views of each individual.  So wether someone is truly honorable is based upon what they see.  I think that character counts is there as a guideline, but it doesn't do much help.  I think that if someone wants to be a good person and they want to be trustworthy and honorable they can be.

  1. The mandate of heaven is the Chinese belief that there should be a successive line of rules. I think that the ruler and the people should be responsible for the society. I think that the ruler should be responsible for the society as a whole, and the individuals should be responsible for themselves. What I mean by this is the ruler should not be responsible for the good or bad decisions of an individual. The ruler should be responsible for the choices and actions made by the society or the town.

  2. I agree with legalism because legalism is based upon rules and regulations. I think that rules are very helpful for one to know the standards and what they are to do. Even if some people don't follow the rules the individual person knows what is right or wrong. In my opinion, not knowing what is specifically right and specifically wrong is a major problem. Also, without rules people can get away with doing bad things much easier than with rules. So, without rules the society turns into an unsafe society.
